Iain has over thirty years management experience of construction projects in the
United Kingdom, the Middle East, South-East Asia, South America, the Caribbean and
Continental Europe. That experience includes commercial, contract and sub contract
administration and control on large civil engineering, building, process engineering,
industrial, transport and infrastructure projects in the United Kingdom and overseas.

Peter Hart is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, a qualified Arbitrator
and Adjudicator and a Director with Fairway. He is also a member of the Chartered
Institute of Arbitrators panel of adjudicators.
Peter has over twenty five years commercial management experience of the construction
industry in the United Kingdom and overseas. That experience includes cost, procurement
and contract consultancy work on a broad range of projects including commercial, residential,
industrial and petrochemical developments, as well as major infrastructure, transport and marine
engineering projects. Amongst others, Peter's managerial, negotiation and organisational skills
have been applied on behalf of developers, contractors, consultants and solicitors.

John Crane is a Director of Fairway and, and heads Fairway's planning
group.
John has over thirty years experience in the Construction Industry on a wide range of
Building, Civil and Process Engineering Projects. Amongst others, his recent experience has
been as Planning Manager on major multi-discipline projects such as the Box Encapsulation Plant for
BNFL, Pembroke Power Station FGD Plant and the Channel Tunnel. John has extensive knowledge of
planning techniques and computerised planning and scheduling analysis systems gained through many
years of experience.

Alex Pelling -
Senior Consultant

Alex Pelling is a quantity surveyor with some 40 years experience,
half of this time being in the United Kingdom and half in Hong Kong. He has worked in
civil engineering, building and interior decoration as professional quantity surveyor,
commercial/financial director and project manager for both owners and contractors.
Immediately prior to joining Fairway, Alex was commercial manager and then project
manager for a major Japanese contractor on the Western Harbour Crossing in Hong Kong
(US$ 750 million) and commercial manager on an underground railway extension
(US$ 140 million).
Previously he has worked on major projects which included being financial controller on
the HSBC headquarters in Hong Kong (US$ 650 million), commercial manager on the Hang
Seng Bank headquarters (US$ 125 million) and a university development (US$ 50 million)
and managing partner of a quantity surveying practice working for Hong Kong and American
government agencies, major banks, airlines, industrial companies, developers and
contractors.

Chris Jarrett-Kerr -

Chris is a specialist in planning and implementing document
conversion projects and electronic document management systems, including the more
specialist area of litigation and dispute management.
Chris has been the senior project manager on a number of large litigation matters in
many industry sectors. Some of the major cases he has managed include:
Public Liability - in excess of 3.5 million pages
Construction - a multi-million pound construction matter during which 4,000 files were indexed and filtered for relevance to a core image-enabled database of 180 thousand pages.
Energy - An $800 million dispute between a consortia of multi-national oil companies.
Consulting - advice and set up of a data capture database for a banking fraud case.
